Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Name and email address – when you subscribe to our mailing list, download resources, or contact us directly.
- Self-assessment responses – if you complete the wellbeing self-assessment tool on our website. These responses are processed anonymously and are not linked to your identity unless you choose to provide contact details alongside your results.
- Payment data – when you purchase a digital product. Payment transactions are processed entirely by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). We do not store your payment card details.
- Website usage data – including anonymised IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time on site, collected via Google Analytics (GA4) and cookies.
We do not collect pregnancy status, due-date information, or clinical medical data.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Provide access to guides, resources, and digital products you have purchased or downloaded.
- Send email communications you have opted into via our mailing list.
- Improve website performance and user experience.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Comply with legal and financial record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Lawful Basis for Processing
Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent – for email subscriptions, downloads, and mailing list sign-ups. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract performance – for processing data necessary to fulfil your digital product purchase.
- Legitimate interests – for website analytics and service improvement, where we have assessed that our interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation – for financial record-keeping (HMRC requirement, 6 years).
Self-Assessment Data
Our website includes a self-assessment tool based on a recognised wellbeing scale. This tool is provided for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not a clinical assessment and does not constitute medical diagnosis or advice.
Assessment responses are not stored, linked to identifiable personal data, or shared with any third party unless you explicitly choose to provide your email address alongside your results. In that case, your email and result category are processed by MailerLite solely to route you to relevant resources.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or contact the Samaritans on 116 123.
Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you relevant information, updates and resources related to paternal postpartum wellbeing.
We use MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Vilnius, Lithuania) to manage email communications. MailerLite processes your data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with UK GDPR. For details of MailerLite’s privacy practices, visit mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly at hello@parents2beintl.com.
Payment Processing
Digital product purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC, registered in the United States). LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment data is collected and held by LemonSqueezy, not by Parents2Be International. Please review LemonSqueezy’s privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy for full details.
Analytics, Cookies and International Data Transfers
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), operated by Google LLC (United States), to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and geographic region.
This involves the transfer of data to the United States. Such transfers are conducted under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (UK-US Data Bridge), which the UK Government has designated as providing an adequate level of data protection.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We also use functional cookies to support website performance. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Email subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
- Purchase records: retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
- Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (up to 14 months for user-level data).
- Enquiry correspondence: retained for 12 months from the date of the enquiry.
Data Storage and Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. Data processed by our third-party service providers (MailerLite, LemonSqueezy, Google) is stored and secured in accordance with their respective security standards and GDPR obligations.
